Dear Golden Meadows Community Members. Greetings.

We are announcing the Golden Meadows Annual General Meeting for Sunday, December 8, 2024 online using Zoom and also Face-to-Face adjacent to Block O.

During the AGM, the following will be done:
1) Executive Committee Reports Dec 2023 to November 2024
2) Election of new Executive Committee December 2024 to November 2025.
3) Resolutions/Decisions for Insurance of Properties – Approach
4) Status of Outstanding Maintenance Fees & Recovery Strategies
5) Golden Years Fund: for Landscapers: – The Approach
6) Review of Development Plans 2024 to 2026
7) Operating budget Executive Year 2024-25

Nominations open today, November 23, 2024, for the following positions:
1) President
2) Vice President
3) Secretary
4) Assistant Secretary
5) Treasurer
6) Assistant Treasurer
7) Public Relations Officer
8) Assistance Public Relations Officer
9) Youth Leader
10) Assistant Youth Leader
11) Block Leader
12) Semi-Detached Home Leader
13) Special Projects Manager
14) Ex Officio Legal Counsel

• Nomination forms will be shared via WhatsApp, Website and from Block and Street Representatives.
• Nomination Closes on Wednesday, November 27, 2024.
• Nominations should be emailed at election.gmscca@gmail.com or dropped in the letter box beside Block O.
